The Upgrade Training & Consulting Group develops and implements individual, tailor-made consulting and training concepts. The specific goals of these concepts are diverse since they derive from very different demands and challenges of our customers. Predominantly it is about effective and sustainable transformation processes in organisations, with a special focus on sales. Here clearly structured processes embedded in state of the art methodologies are applied.

An important characteristic of the UPGRADE approach is the consideration of what science says about – how things SHOULD be done – on the one hand, and on the other hand what several decades of practical experience have taught – how things CAN be done.

Individual programs and solutions guarantee an appropriate consideration of the customer´s system, of specific requirements, as well as, environmental factors. Experience teaches that possibly higher initial costs of such a procedure will always be justified by the achieved results.
