The Upgrade Training & Consulting Group develops and implements individual, tailor-made consulting and training concepts. The specific goals of these concepts are diverse since they derive from very different demands and challenges of our customers. Predominantly it is about effective and sustainable transformation processes in organisations, with a special focus on sales. Here clearly structured processes embedded in state of the art methodologies are applied.
An important characteristic of the UPGRADE approach is the consideration of what science says about – how things SHOULD be done – on the one hand, and on the other hand what several decades of practical experience have taught – how things CAN be done.
Individual programs and solutions guarantee an appropriate consideration of the customer´s system, of specific requirements, as well as, environmental factors. Experience teaches that possibly higher initial costs of such a procedure will always be justified by the achieved results.

A healthy organisation has a clear vision, mission and people who fill these words with meaning. They do it by performing in the way they are meant every day. But what if some environment factors change or there is change going on inside of the organisation?
Training
When it comes to behaviour-training it is clear that the method of gathering your staff for two or three days once or twice a year and hoping that everything will change is a myth. The “classical approach” of time and money consuming stand-alone classroom training, which has been the norm for the last 60 years, has clearly been less effective, but importantly too expensive to carry on with.
Coaching
When it comes to sustainable knowledge transfer from training sessions into daily work practice and transforming it through experience learning into ability, coaching is the method of choice. Through online, face to face and even coaching on the job it can be secured that content from training sessions finds its way to where it should be applied.
