What we do
Upgrade means: Improvement, expansion, actualisation, appreciation, extension, better version or revitalisation. The term “upgrade” was initially used in technical areas. It stands for lifting from a current level to a fresh and higher one.
Meanwhile “upgrade” is a common concept in many industries. Who is not happy with an UPGRADE for a booked flight or a hotel room or a rental car?
This is exactly what guides our thinking and action: To deliver more than expected.
A new category:
UPGRADE stands for an individual approach. We choose those methods which fit most accurately to the specific demands. Here we can draw from a rich and extensive reservoir of experience incorporating: Multiple tools to analyse the current status, workshops, online and offline learning units, seminars, webinars, classroom training including video from two different angles, feedback, blended learning, coaching face to face or on the phone etc.
Particular focus will always be on beneficial attitudes and mindset as source of productive human behavior.
Hence an UPGRADE is always more than just a series of workshops, (behavioral) training or a blended learning intervention. It is a completely new category of an organisational development of competencies, skills and capabilities across a workforce.

Consulting
A healthy organisation has a clear vision and mission and people who fill these words with meaning. They do this by being orientated by a meaningful understanding of these words every single day. But what if some basic factors in the environment of the organization or the organisation itself changes
When it comes to the individual transfer of knowledge and insights after a consultative or training activities – coaching is the method of choice! It supports the important step from learning by experience to the ability to perform.
Training
Sound scientific research over recent years show how entirely inadequate classical behavioral training is, where employees are sometimes repeatedly sent on classroom training programs for several days resulting in undoubtedly shockingly small gains.
The goal of designing learning processes in companies is to gain broader ability to actually perform. Employees no matter which hierarchy level they are sourced from, should be motivated and able to effectively apply learning content at work.
